We are looking for Credit and Collection Team Leader

The main role purpose is to lead the EMEA Credit department. The role will be responsible for enforcing the company’s credit policy. In this role the credit team leader will be responsible to improve the activities of the credit department for the organization by establishing best practices and actively communicating credit related issues to stakeholders and senior management.

Responsibilities
To manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash cycle
Cash application
On-time cash collection
Credit management
AR ledger review
Booking payments from customers in a timely manner
Reconciliation of customer accounts
Chasing late payments in accordance with defined credit policy (CP)
Maintain and review credit limits and payment terms as per CP
Operate the process of sending statements and reminders
Manage resolution of claims and handle credit notes
Own records retention process for audit purposes
Proposal for the end of the month to the unit controllers for any provisions

Skills, Experience and Qualifications
College or University degree in Finance (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of people management experience (minimum as team leader, managing a team of minimum 5)
3+ years of experience in AR and credit control process
Understanding of the end-to-end Order-to-Cash cycle and best practices
Fluent English knowledge is required, any additional European language is a plus
ERP knowledge is a must
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage a team to develop
Strong time management and organization skills
