We are looking for Hungarian and Romaian-speaking Inside Sales Specialist
A diverse and dynamic role within a globally leading organisation requires an experienced B2B sales representative. With an emphasis on researching and fully understanding the customer’s profile, you will make intelligent business development calls offering company products.

Responsibilities

Contact existing customers and offer range of products
Manage & grow existing customer accounts and build new business
Lead Generation and prospecting
Build strong and long term relationships internally and externally
Understand your customer needs and products
Sales order processing and updating customer database
Working to individual & team revenue targets and KPI’s
Make outbound calls to set KPI’s
Providing support to South East National & Regional sales teams
Assist/support customer on Internet and WEB orders
Attend team meetings and ongoing product training
Liaise with the Product Management Department
Follow lean working principles, suggest improvements and identify non value added activity

Skills, Experience and Qualifications
Excellent written and spoken command in Hungarian
Excellent written and spoken command in Romanian
Fluency in English
Excellent sales & account managing skills with a minimum of one year desk-based B2B experience
Good understanding of the sales cycle
Developing existing clients to maximise profits
Self starter and able to work independently
IT Systems literate with experience of using a CRM system
Research and development
Proven in high achieving sales & strong closer
Work under pressure and meet deadlines
Outbound calling and target drivenConfident communication skills
Experience within the welding industry, but not necessary
